We believe that each and every person deserves the right to express themselves through music and share that expression with the community around them. Vida Music Therapy offers therapeutic choirs for children and young adults that provide the unique social experience of learning music and performing alongside peers. Services are provided in 15-20 week sessions that culminate in a final community performance.  Weekly rehearsals focus on learning music and choreography in a group setting to provide opportunities to practice social skills such as following directions, listening to others, imitating others and managing regulation in a group setting.

This service is provided through North Los Angeles County Regional Center and takes places on Saturday mornings.
